Steve Aranda - The author

Since 2000 Steve Aranda has worked in the Real Estate and Finance fields. As an investor, developer, and primarily as a mortgage banker, he enjoyed great success. In 2007 like many others he anticipated the current economic difficulties, and became involved with Loan Modifications. Having completed hundreds of them successfully, he now feels that many borrowers have the ability to achieve similar results on their own – without paying an advance fee.

Today, in addition to originating loans, he dedicates his time educating borrowers on the subjects of financing and modification, as well as reviews files for attorneys to determine eligibility for modifications

Roger Vetruba - Developer

Since 2001 Roger Vetruba has worked in marketing for mortgages, real estate, and consumer finance. Roger oversees the technical aspects of our system and produces the consumer education products. Roger has worked as both a mortgage banker and Realtor(R) and is now focused on helping consumers help themselves through a difficult economy.
